What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy—the subtle, intelligent energy that flows through all living things.

The word comes from:

  • “Rei” meaning spiritual wisdom or higher intelligence

  • “Ki” meaning life force or vital energy

When that energy is flowing freely, we feel nourished, connected, and balanced. When it’s stuck or depleted, we may feel disconnected, anxious, or overwhelmed.

Reiki helps to restore the flow—offering a gentle clearing and energetic realignment that supports your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

As a certified Reiki Level II Practitioner, I infuse each batch with energy, prayer, and purpose. I enter the creation space with intentional presence—honouring the land, the ingredients, and the souls who will receive them.
