What is BirthRite?
BirthRite is a collection of Reiki-infused botanical wellness offerings made to support your Comfort Ritual. Each creation is hand-blended using plant medicine, ancestral wisdom, and subtle energy healing by founder Kamoy, a certified Reiki Level II Practitioner and self-care formulator based in Ontario. Self-care, joy, and freedom are your birthright. These offerings are here to help you come home to that truth.
Are your ingredients natural?
Yes. Every BirthRite offering is made with 100% natural, ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients including unrefined shea butter, jojoba oil, palo santo, botanical hydrosols, and plant-derived essential oils. Everything is selected with deep care, for you and for the Earth.
What does "Reiki-infused" mean?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice based on the understanding that life force energy flows through all living things. As a certified Reiki Level II Practitioner, Kamoy infuses every BirthRite creation with Reiki during the blending process, so each offering carries a frequency of peace, balance, and intentional care. You don't need to understand energy healing for it to reach you. Your body already knows how to receive it.
How do I use these offerings?
Each product is a ritual in itself. Here is a simple guide:
Body Butters — Warm between palms and massage into skin after bathing or whenever your body is asking for nourishment.
Mists — Spritz over your face, body, linens, or sacred space. Breathe deeply and let the botanicals settle your nervous system.
Face Oils — Warm 2 to 4 drops between your palms, press to the face, and massage in upward strokes before SPF or makeup.
Pulse Point Rollers — Glide across wrists, temples, or over the heart. Breathe in, set an intention, return to your day.
Let your intuition guide you. There is no wrong way to honour your Comfort Ritual.
Are your offerings safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulations are created with gentle, nourishing ingredients. We always recommend doing a patch test first, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin. If you have a specific concern or skin condition, please reach out before purchasing. We are here to help you find what is right for your body.
Can I use BirthRite while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Many of our offerings are gentle enough for pregnancy and postpartum, but we always encourage you to consult your care provider first. Please reach out to us directly and we will guide you toward the most supportive options for where you are right now.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be prepared. Each item is made in small batches with intention. You will receive shipment information once your order is on its way. Thank you for your patience with the process of slow, careful making.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping is something we are actively working toward. Thank you for your patience and your love from wherever in the world you are reading this.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because each BirthRite offering is made to order in small batches, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right. Your experience with BirthRite matters deeply to us.
Do you offer wholesale?
